Indien u een gevaarlijke stof komt laden is er per stof een separate training met toets. Deze training kunt u doen in de portiersloge aan poort 1.
Toegang tot het terrein van Yara Sluiskil is alleen toegestaan met een geldig certificaat algemeen + certificaat voor de gevaarlijke stof die u komt laden:
• Ammoniak
• Ammoniakwater
• Ammoniumnitraat korrel
• Ammoniumnitraat 92% oplossing
• Salpeterzuur
• CO2
Leveringen met een gewicht van >1000 OF een volume > 3 M3 graag aanmelden via SM@yara.nl.
Op het gehele terrein van Yara Sluiskil geldt een minimale draagplicht van een veiligheidshelm en een veiligheidsbril. Ook dient u er rekening mee te houden dat kleding met lange mouwen een vereiste is voor op het Yara Sluiskil bedrijfsterrein. Overige PBM's zijn afhankelijk van de te laden stof(fen). U dient in uw eigen persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen te voorzien.
Truck Drivers
If you bring finished products to our company and will load, unload materials or deliver goods, you should first go through the Computer Based Training instruction. The training consists a general part of an exam which applies to all products. If you load a dangerous substance, there is an exam for each different substance with a separate training and test.This training can be done in the porter's lodge at gate 1 at your arrival. The training should be done in one of the available languages Dutch / English / German / France.
Access to the site of Yara Sluiskil is only permitted with a valid certificate + general certificate for the dangerous substance that will be loaded:
• Ammonia
• Aqueous ammonia
• Ammonium grain
• 92% ammonium nitrate solution
• Nitric acid
• CO2
On the entire area of Yara Sluiskil there applies a minimum obligation to wear a safety helmet and safety glasses. Also, please bear in mind that long-sleeved clothing is a requirement for the Yara Sluiskil company site. Other mandatory PPE depends on the work you will perform on our company site. Please note, that safety glasses and safety helmet are only distributed at the porter's lodge at port 1 for visitors only. If you are not just a visitor, you must provide in your own personal protection.
Delivery of goods with a weight > 1000 kg OR volume higher > 3 m3 should be registered at SM@yara.com
